Clinic Receptionist (Part-Time)
- Location: Wakad, Pune
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Job Type: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient appointments and walk-ins
- Manage phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
- Maintain and update basic patient records
- Assist with billing entries and receipts
- Coordinate medicine dispensing as per doctor’s instructions
- Track basic medicine stock levels and inform for refills
- Pack and coordinate medicine courier dispatch when required
- Assist with smooth coordination during clinic hours
- Maintain a polite, calm, and patient-friendly front desk
Qualification & Skills
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred, not mandatory)
- Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, basic English)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer tools
- Prior clinic or front-desk experience preferred
- Friendly, organised, and patient-focused attitude
- Female candidate preferred
Training will be provided for clinic procedures and patient handling.
